Internet prices from zillow and redfin are fairly accurate It takes the average sale price in your area and compare them with similar sized lots, bedroom, bath, etc What those estimate are very bad at accounting for intangible things like busy roads, very outdated homes, and other factors that don’t show up on a deal.
